		<description>This is an issue I have been struggling with as I begin the adoption process...On the one hand, I want to protect the child (that isn&#039;t identified yet) from the potential harm from my &quot;grumpy&quot; older dog, but on the other hand, I made a commitment to the dog to be responsible for his lifelong care &amp; what kind of parental role model would I be setting for my child&#039;s future responsibilities if I shrug mine when they get hard or inconvinent....</description>
