		<description>Faith, you did the really difficult.  It is easy to apply best intrest of the child, if no one is getting hurt, or if only bad guys will be hurt.  This is the real test, an innocent caring birthparent who did nothing wrong and was bambozled out of being his child&#039;s parent.  He will be hurt, but he alternative is great emotional harm to the child.  I would be tempted to throw him a bone, limited contact.  Your approach is the right one, the baby can&#039;t be split and survive.  John</description>
