		<description>For us, it just took the diagnosis that it was unlikely that we would have bio kids - no extensive research, no trips to clinic, and ABSOLUTELY no fertility meds, etc. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It would be hard to do all that knowing their are so many kids in the world needing homes....and that the world is incredibly overpopulated as it is. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
But, I agree - it is an intensely opersonal decision - i think the hardest part is that rarely do both partners reach the same point at the saeme time - and after already going through fertility stuff, that can be hard. </description>
